- Subscribers are not allowed to share the account with third parties.
- Please carefully select the grade level that matches with the student’s ability. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable in any situation.

- 30 days upon the date of this purchase.
BOOKING CRITERIA
A) If you choose “1-on-1 Private Class” in your study plan:
- Course Consultants will schedule with parents regarding the date and the time of the 4 lessons before the first lesson starts.
- Change of class time must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance otherwise fee will be charged and non-refundable. HK$50.00 will be charged for administration fee.
- Tutoras NET educators are providing their service from the different time zone, therefore, booking schedules must be respected and adhered strictly.
B) If you choose “Group Class” in your study plan:
- Select an available open class schedule with the help of our Course Consultant.
- Once the class schedule is confirmed and paid, no make-up class will be offered.
- For any change of class time, HK$100.00 will be charged for administration fee.
- Tutoras NET educators are providing their service from different time zone, therefore, booking schedules must be respected and adhered strictly.
